• Blood sampling, ECG & preparing diagnostics
• Preparing the treatment rooms
• Managing practice supplies & medication
• Coordinating practice workflows

Reception · your tasks

• Welcoming & looking after our patients
• Booking & managing appointments
• Telephone & correspondence
• Documentation & practice organisation
• Billing & administration

Medical assistant · your profile

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Care & a sense of responsibility
• Empathy in dealing with patients
• Willingness to learn new procedures

Reception · your profile

• Career changers welcome, for example from hospitality, catering or retail
• Enjoyment of working with people
• A strong service mindset
• Reliability & a sense of responsibility
• Good written & spoken German
