Six adjusting screws

Energy availability

Eating persistently less than training consumes can harm performance, recovery & hormone balance, among other things.

Protein & recovery

Amount, distribution across the day & timing around a session follow your training structure.

Iron, vitamin D & electrolytes

More often abnormal under regular strain. We measure specifically & monitor the course.

Competition day

What makes sense before, during & afterwards depends on duration & intensity. We go through that concretely.

Vegetarian & vegan

Usually possible in competitive sport, but not in passing: protein quality, iron, B12 & creatine need planning.

Timing in training life

Early sessions, late sessions, double days: when you eat is often the simplest adjusting screw & the most underrated.

From training load to plan

01

First consultation

45 to 60 minutes

Training structure, competition goals, current nutrition, complaints & recovery behaviour.

02

Diagnostics

usually on the same day

Blood sampling & measurement. Depending on the point in the season or training cycle, it can make sense to place part of the laboratory work in a quieter phase or repeat it later. We discuss that individually.

03

Plan

after the results consultation

Energy & protein requirements, the distribution of meals, timing around sessions & a competition strategy can all be part of it. We shape the concrete plan around your questions, interests & needs.

04

Adjustment

across the season

Training phases change requirements. We adjust the plan & check the relevant values.

Frequently asked questions

Is this only for competitive athletes?

No. It becomes useful wherever regular training meets complaints, stagnating performance or prolonged recovery, regardless of level. Equally for anyone who would like support with nutrition around their training.

Do you work together with my coach?

Gladly. With your consent we coordinate with your coach so that training & nutrition planning fit together.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Your training data from the past weeks, current laboratory results if you have them & all supplements you take. Please also bring the completed food diary you receive from us before your appointment.
